Quick Guide to Starting or Stopping Your Work Time Tracking:
Click on the clock icon next to your profile picture at the top
- Click on Start Time Tracking
- Click on Pause Time Tracking (if you are in a shift)
- Click on Stop Time Tracking to end your time tracking.
To use the Magicline App, please log in with your Magicline access data, which you also use in the web application.
Assigning the Right Permissions
To ensure your employees have the right permissions to start time tracking in the app, you need to grant them the following permission: Resources --> Permissions --> Employees & Resources --> Start time tracking via a mobile application
Once this permission has been added and your employee is generally authorized for employee time tracking, your employee can start time tracking via the app (provided within 500 meters of your studio).
Starting/Pausing/Stopping Time Tracking
Once your employees have the necessary permissions, they can start time tracking in the future via the Magicline App and the clock icon next to the profile picture. If your employees are in a shift / have fixed working hours, they can start/end breaks accordingly. If the employee is not on a shift, this option is not available (automatic brakes are still considered).
Once the employee has finished their shift and stopped the time tracking, the time tracking cannot be restarted - this way you maintain permanent control.
