Welcome to the future of member engagement! You have chosen the MySports Member Platform and want to start personalizing it? With our Branded Member Platform Configurator, you now have the opportunity to design your member area and app according to your preferences and perfectly adapt them to your branding.
Before you can start configuring, there are some preparations to be made.
First, gather all the information needed to personalize your MySports Member Platform and your Branded App. This data will be required during the configuration process and includes everything from logos and slogans to legal information.
Let's take a look at the configuration options in the various areas:
Brand Configurator
- Create configurations at the top right via Create Brand Configuration -> multiple configurations are possible for different brands, for example
- Status overview of individual configurations
- Options to edit or delete configurations via the 3-dot menu
Create Brand Configuration
Step 1: Name & Logo
- Give your app a name: max. 30 characters
- Upload your app logo in the prescribed size and format: SVG format with 1024×1024 resolution and transparent background, max. 500 KB
- Add the background color of your logo: Click on the color or enter the HEX value directly
- You can immediately see how the logo and name would look in different applications
Step 2: Login Screen
- Upload a background image for the login screen
- Your logo will automatically be taken from the previous screen
- Your uploaded image will also be displayed directly on the login screen
- Sizes:
- Background image: 1024 × 2048 in JPG or PNG format, max. 500 KB
Step 3: Slogan & Colors
- Enter the slogan or claim of your brand or fitness studio. It will be displayed in the app next to your logo.
- Select the primary, secondary, and neutral colors for your branding
- In the preview on the right, decide whether your app should have a dark or light background
- Clicking on Color Preview will guide you to a tutorial showing the use of each color within the app & website
Step 4 & 5: App Store Information
- Choose the language in which your app store entry should be created
- If you operate internationally, you can directly prepare the information in multiple languages in the next step
- Subtitle: For example, your slogan from step 3
- Keywords: Crucial for search results in the app stores
- Provide a description (also displayed in the app store)
- If you want to know how your information is used in the app store, click on the attached PDF document
Step 6: Set Up App Stores
- Follow the instructions for setting up your app store accounts for your company
Please be advised that when enrolling, you will create a company account for both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
- To manage your branded app for you, we need admin rights to your accounts. Please send them to the specified email addresses and check the boxes afterward
Before you can execute API calls, you need to set up API access for your Google Play developer account. This involves making changes both in the Google Play Console and in the Google Cloud Console. The following guide describes the steps required to use the Google Play Developer API.

Please follow the steps for the following points:
- Create a Google Cloud project
- Enable the Google Play Developer API for your Google Cloud project
Step 7: API Keys

- go to your App Store Connect account, copy the issuer ID and paste it in the field within the Configurator

- within the User and Access tab, your Team ID is shown beside the Team name. https://developer.apple.com/account

- Copy it and paste it in the designated field within the configurator

- Log in to the Google Play Console using your Google account.
- In the left-hand menu, click on Settings.
- Under Account Details, you will find the Developer Account ID. It is usually displayed as a long numeric string.
- Copy that and paste it in the designated field within the configurator
- Additionally, upload the Apple API Key (P8 file) and the Google API Key (JSON file) in the corresponding fields
- Entries are automatically validated
Step 8: Customer Data

Branded Website URL
- Entering the URL of the Branded Website: Specify the domain under which your branded website should be accessible. Each brand receives an individually designed website with its own colors and logo. It is important that you have access to the DNS management of the domain to configure the nameservers. You have the option to use either a subdomain of your main domain or a separate main domain:
First Option

- Using a Subdomain: A subdomain is part of your existing website. If your current website is studio.com - good subdomain examples for the branded website are my.studio.com, your.studio.com or members.studio.com
Second option
- Using a new Main Domain: You can set up an entirely new main domain for your branded website, which is independent of your studio's current website. Examples are: mystudio.com, brandedwebsite.com. This main domain must not be taken yet. Please check the availability of the domain before you proceed. Use e.g. https://www.hostinger.de/domain-check to see, whether the domain is available or not.
Note: Please do not enter additional paths, such as /extra-path and do not use www.... for your url.
Automatic validation
We will validate your input and take the following things into account:
- no www...
- no http or https
- no /extra-path
- invalid subdomain / main domain
- main domain already taken
Mail address of contact person
- Email address of the contact person responsible for managing the app stores (will be shown in the App Store and Websites)
Step 9: Legal Information
- Enter your official business name, including business form
- Add imprint, privacy policy, terms and conditions, and a support page
- All information will be displayed in the footer of your branded website for your members
Make sure all information is correct and up-to-date before submitting it in step 10 of 10. With this careful preparation, you are ready to create a Branded Member Platform that your members will love and that represents perfectly your brand!
