Current status of integration
After activating Technogym within the Magicline App Store, the integration status will show as PARTNER_CONFIRMATION_REQUIRED
. This means the activation email with all necessary details has been sent to the partner, and Technogym can now access Open API endpoints with the received API-KEY. However, no Webhooks (e.g., CUSTOMER_CREATED
) will be sent from this studio until the partner finally confirms the activation.
Activation email
Once Technogym is activated in the Magicline App Store, an activation email containing all necessary details is sent to the partner. This email is crucial for the next steps of the integration process.
Technogym API access
With the activation email, Technogym can now access Open API endpoints using the provided API-KEY. This access allows Technogym to interact with the Magicline system and facilitate the integration process.
Webhooks and activation confirmation
No Webhooks will be sent from the studio until the partner confirms the activation. The partner must use the Open API endpoint to confirm the activation. Once confirmed, Magicline will begin sending Webhooks, completing the integration process from the Open API perspective.
Integration process overview
The integration process is designed to involve minimal interaction from Magicline. The App is placed into the App Store, where the customer activates it. The customer and the partner (Technogym) must then interact to complete the integration. At this stage, the customer needs to wait until the partner confirms activation using the Open API endpoint.
