Address formats in MySports & Branded Apps
The address formats that you already use in your software are now also applied consistently in the MySports & Branded Apps. This ensures that member addresses are displayed according to the usual local conventions and improves the overall consistency between the software and the apps.
The following country-specific address formats are now supported in the apps:
- United States (US)
- United Kingdom (UK)
- Spain
- France/Luxembourg
- Italy
- Turkey
No additional configuration is required in the apps, as the behaviour is aligned with the existing software settings.
Accessibility statement in MySports & Branded App
An accessibility statement is now shown directly in the MySports & Branded Apps so that members can easily access information about the accessibility of your services.
The accessibility link is displayed in the member profile under General, positioned between the links for the privacy policy and support.
When a member taps on the accessibility link, one of the following happens, depending on your configuration in the Software Web Client (MLWC):
- The member is forwarded to the web page URL that you have entered in your software's web client, or
- The member sees the free-text accessibility statement that you have added there.
This allows you to maintain your accessibility statement centrally in your software and have it automatically available in the apps.
Further technical topics
- The app build configuration for Android has been updated to support a 16KB memory page. This prepares the apps for current and future Android platform requirements.
- Discontinued Flutter packages have been removed from the project to keep the codebase clean and reduce potential maintenance issues.
Bug fixes
- Promotion pop-up formatting: The text in the promotion pop-up was underlined with yellow lines by default. This unwanted formatting has been removed.
- Save button with increased font size: On devices with increased system font sizes, the save button was not displayed when editing training parameters. The layout has been adjusted so that the button is now always visible.
- Tracking preference persistence: User preferences for tracking were not persisted between logins. These preferences are now saved correctly and remain active after logging out and logging back in.
- Wrong end date for some contract cancellations: For some contract cancellations, an incorrect end date was shown. The calculation and display of the end date have been corrected.
