The upload function of the COVID certificate in the MySports self-service area
Quick guide:
Upload the COVID certificate via MySports—this is how it works:
- MySports/ Administration / Self-Service
- Personal Member Data
- Set dropdown for digital COVID certificate to active.
General
With this feature, we allow your members to easily upload COVID certificates via the MySports app. The certificates are linked directly to the member after successful verification. This way, your members gain access to the studio if you activated the access restrictions for non- COVID certificate holders settings.
Activate upload function in the self-service area
To activate the upload function for the COVID certificates, go to MySports / Administration / Self-Service / personal member data and click on edit via the three- dot icon. Set the dropdown for digital COVID certificate to active. Your members can then submit their certificates via the MySports app.
You can also activate the upload functionality in the MySports app before setting the access restrictions (see above) so that your members have even easier access to your studio.
Sample upload in the MySports app
Your members can now easily upload a COVID certificate in the self-service area of your studio in the MySports app. To do this, they have to select the house icon at the bottom of the navigation in the app and then "Self-Service". Under the contact details there is a new menu item “Vaccination certificates” displayed now. There, after confirming that the health data may be stored, the member can either scan the QR code of a certificate or upload a photo of a QR code.
If the certificate was successfully uploaded, it is listed in the overview. At the same time, the status (valid, not yet valid, expired) and the date from/until which the certificate is valid or expired are also shown there. The member can also have the certificate deleted at any time.
The certificate and status is stored in the member data and can also be viewed via Magicline. In addition, there is a new display in the check-in view of a member that shows the certificate and its status.
