Where can I find the account display in MySports?
Under MySports / Administration / Self-Service / Further Data you can use the three-dot menu ' Select Edit Member Account'. A window will then open in which you can make settings for the display status, the online fee flat rate and the compensation. If you have decided to do so, the member will find the current account balance there as well as a tabular representation of past transactions. The member can understand in detail how the reported balance is calculated.
Which settings do I have to make?
To hide the past transactions, you must select the summarized view in the status. Here we do not list past transactions and only show the account balance. As with the detailed view, you have the option of allowing negative amounts to be settled online and setting a freely definable flat-rate fee for this.

Of course you can still completely deactivate the account area on MySports for all members.
