The Magicline calculates almost 20 member status information for you on the basis of various values and thus helps you to keep track. The information is displayed to you when a member check in and also in all of the member quick views , which you can call up in the member lists or in the analytics, for example .
There is the following status information

Outstanding claims: Member has outstanding claims

Pay Later: Member has pending Pay Later requests

Appointment: Member has an appointment today (single or series appointment)

Course: Member has a course appointment today

Birthday: Member's birthday is today or yesterday

Tasks: The member has open tasks

Important tasks: The member has important open tasks

Notes: The member has notes with status Info or Warning

Important Notes: Member has notes in status Critical (list of notes)

New customer: Member is in the studio for the first or second time (start of contract)

Cancellation: Member has canceled all contracts

Renewal : Member is one week before the notice period and the contract is automatically renewed

Dunning level: Member is in dunning

No active training plan: Member already had a training plan that is no longer active and currently does not have one new training

Quiet Time: Active Quiet Time Present (Quiet Period)

Access ban: Member has a temporary or permanent access ban

No day ticket: Customer has no active contract and no day ticket

Inactive: Member already had check-ins and last check-in was more than a month ago
