Presentation of the software
Nice that you have decided to use the new Magicline. As you
have certainly noticed when testing it
, we placed great value on the simple and intuitive usability of our software. So maybe
you don't need this manual at all when it comes to the daily
use of the software.
In order to get a clean start, it is definitely worth going through the "Initial setup" chapter step by step.
To make it easier for you to find your way around, we will briefly introduce you to the Magicline's most important operating elements. Once you know these, you can operate the entire software because you will come across these controls again and again. An advantage that not only you, but above all your employees will appreciate.
Main menu
Here you navigate to the most important menu items of your software. Depending on what permissions you have in the software, there may be more or fewer items to choose from.
If you not only want to see the icons in the main menu, but also the name of the menu, you can expand the main menu by clicking on the three lines.
submenu
Depending on which action you want to carry out in the Magicline, it is possible that an additional submenu will appear next to the main menu and offer you an additional selection of actions. A good example of this is the member's view shown in the screenshot.
Quicksearch
No matter where you are in Magicline, the spotlight search allows you to find individual
members and contracts particularly easily and quickly.
studio selection
If you manage several studio locations with the Magicline, you can use the studio selection to jump from one studio to another. Whether and which studios are displayed here depends on your authorization level in the system.
User choose / logout
Here you can log out of the Magicline if you want another
employee to log in with their account.
Edit detail view and tile
All important information is displayed in the detailed view. What is special about the detailed view is that you have the option of adding information or editing existing information. You can easily do this by clicking on the three-dot menu in the tiles and selecting what you want to edit in the menu that opens.
