What is the data export?
The data export collects all data of your members from the Magicline and makes them available in a clear structure.
As the most important information, this includes data such as:
- Contact information (address, member number, name, first name, profile picture)
- Payment information (payment method, bank, BIC, IBAN, credit balance)
- Contract information (contract type, term, cancellation period, start, and end of contract, rest periods, invoices)
- All documents as PDF, such as:
- SEPA mandates
- Contracts
- Attached PDF
- Listing of account postings
- Listing of appointments
- Listing of communication between studio and member
Due to the overview, not all data are listed here.
How can I request a data export?
You get in your Magicline under Settings – Studio – Privacy policy – data export (top tab) for your current studio in which you are logged in an overview of already created export files.
Via the three-dot menu on the right side, you can request a new export.
What happens after the export request?
Since the export aggregates all your members' data, it may take some time to compile the export.
You can always get an overview of the status of your export in the overview.
- Waiting for processing—if several studios have requested exports at the same time, your request will be queued and processed in a timely manner.
- In progress—your data is being collected
- Created—your data has been compiled and is ready for download.
Due to the size of this export file, your export might be split into various parts, and you have 30 days after completion to download this file—if the 30 days have expired, and you need a new export. Just ask for it again.
