Create member care system configuration
The member care system configuration holds details and settings on how your member care flows are assigned to your new members.
In Settings/Member care system/Member care configuration, click on the “Create configuration” button.
Select a name for the configuration element and click save.
Afterwards, you will see the configuration detail page.
Configure default flow assignment
Select a member care flow that will be used by default for all new members. You can use this setting if you want to use the default as a fallback, and be sure that all new members are getting a member care flow assigned automatically.
To create a default assignment, click the “Add assignment” button and select the name of the member care flow you want to use.
If you have automatic assignment rules, those have priority over the default assignment. It is not mandatory to configure this part, you can work with the member care system without the default assignment.
Configure automatic assignment
With an automatic assignment, you can create a set of rules and use the contract rate to match it with the selected member care flow.
To create a rule, use the “Add assignment” button, or later the same option in the three-dot-menu. Select the rate and select the member care flow.
You can add as many assignment rules as you want. The principle is simple. Multiple rates can link with one flow, but one rate can lead to only one member care flow.
Configure manual assignment
Here you can create a list of member care flows that are available for selection when you want to manually assign a member care system to a selected member.
To approve a member care flow for manual use, use the “Add assignment” button, or later the same option in the three-dot-menu on the widget and select the member care flow.
Please note that here you can select all member care flows created in your studio, including drafts, so make sure the flow you are selecting is properly configured and ready for use.
Automatically complete milestones
If a milestone objective is about sending a predefined message and there is no action created, this type of milestone can be automatically completed after the message is sent.
Use this setting to determine, if milestones with only messages and no action are automatically completed or if those milestones must be completed manually.
Please note, the message configured in the milestone objective is sent automatically regardless of this setting.
Activate member care configuration
Your new configuration is created as Inactive
, to be able to use if you need to activate it first.
Go to the configuration page and select “Activate configuration” from the three-dot-menu.
Important: You can set up multiple member care configurations if you need, but you have only one active configuration at a time per studio.
