Then choose a name and a color.
Then click on your created no show penalty configuration to get a detailed view.
Add no show configuration
In the first tile you can define the rules for your no show penalty. Click on "Add no show configuration ". Here you have the following configuration options:
- Choose after how many absences a member should get a penalty.
- Select the type of penalty; here you have 2 options
- Block bookings via MySports/Portal
- Block access to all studios
- Choose the duration of the penalty
- Via "ADD ADDITIONAL NO SHOW BEHAVIOR" you can combine several types of penalties
In the following example, after 3 absences, the member will be blocked from booking via MySports/Portal for 2 weeks:
You can define multiple rules by adding additional penalties. For example:
- After 3 absences: Block member for 2 weeks for MySports bookings.
- After 6 absences: Block member for 3 weeks for MySports bookings
- After 10 absences: Block access in all studios for 2 weeks
recurring penalties
To avoid having to add an infinite number of rules, you can use the three-dot menu of the "Recurring penalties" tile to define a repeating rule. This will occur as soon as the maximum of the rules defined in the previous step is reached.
Further data
Using the three-dot menu of the "Further data" tile, you can define when the penalty count of a member should be reset. Only if a member attends all appointments within the set time window, the penalty count will be reset. If another absence occurs, the time window will restart.
You can also choose here if penalties have to be confirmed by a staff member. If this option is activated, a pop-up will appear in the calendar as soon as a member's attendance status for an appointment is set to "Not attended" and the conditions for an appointment penalty are met. The respective employee has to then confirm the penalty.
Assigning a no show penalty to a class
To assign your appointment penalty to a course, please go to Classes/Administration/classes in your Magicline and open the desired class. Then go to the tab "Administration" and click on "Add no show configuaration" in the three-dot menu of the tile "Booking and reversal conditions".
Now select the desired no show penalty configuration and click "Save".

Then go to the tab "Administration" and click on "Add no show configuaration" in the three-dot menu of the tile "Booking and reversal conditions". Then select the desired no show penalty configuration.
