Access to the self-service area
Only employees with the “My Magicline Contract Management” permission have access to this area. You can find your self-service area at the top right of the main navigation under “My Magicline Contract”.
Your contract details
In the first tab, “Contract details” you will find your account number, which you need for support requests, as well as information about your current price package and the term of your contract.
The contract limit displayed there tells you how many members and devices you have already created in your current contract and how many are still available.
You can upgrade at any time using the “upgrade contract now” button to extend your contract limit.
Your invoices
In the second tab, “Invoices” you will find all your invoices and can download them there. Either all invoices for a year via the “Download all” link or via the three-dot-menu next to each invoice.
The status “Open” or “Paid” tells you whether your invoice has already been paid.
Your payment details
In the payment details, you will find your current payment method.
If you would like to change this, you can enter a new payment method using the “Edit” link. This will then be used for all future invoices.
You will also find your billing address here, which you can also change using the three-dot-menu. The change will then be effective for all future invoices.
