Preparation work for the introduction of the tax view for US studios. The feature will be fully rolled out with the next release.

Fixed Bugs

• The Android app got stuck on the studio selection screen when the local Firebase Remote Config parameters did not match the server values. The app now falls back to default values so it loads correctly even if Remote Config fails.
