In this article, you will learn which membership certificates your members can download themselves in the Member Platform and the Branded App, when each variant is available, and what the certificate contains.

Prerequisites
- Membership: an active membership, or a contract that ended no more than 6 months ago.
- Access: the Member Platform (web) or the Branded App.
- Availability: at launch, the feature is intended exclusively for the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), and is enabled gradually per studio. The certificate text is currently available in German only.
Available variants
Members choose the right variant before creating the certificate. Which variants are offered depends on the contract status and fee history.

A variant is only offered when its condition is met. If no variant is available (for example, the feature is not enabled for the studio), the Membership Certificate area is not shown at all.
How members download the certificate
- Open the Contracts area in the Member Platform or Branded App.
- Below the contract details, the Membership Certificate tile appears, provided the feature is enabled for the studio.
- Tap or click Create Certificate.
- Select the appropriate variant (see Available variants).
- Tap or click Download PDF. The certificate is generated as a PDF and downloaded directly; in the app it opens in the device's native PDF viewer or share sheet.
The certificate always refers to the member's most recently active, or most recently ended, contract. The issue date is generated fresh with every download.
Certificate content
- Header: studio logo and studio name.
- Address block and member details: name, street, city, issue date, date of birth, and customer number as labelled fields.
- Certificate text: variant-specific, see Available variants.
- Confirmation of qualified training staff, plus a fixed closing paragraph and sign-off on behalf of the studio team.
- Footer: the studio's legal entity information and bank details, taken from the contract template if configured there, otherwise from the organisation unit.
- Format: A4 portrait, studio-branded.
The membership certificate is kept separate from the attendance certificate (check-in confirmation); the two documents are deliberately not combined.
