The Academy
Our academy is your go-to place to discover Magicline step by step—whenever and wherever it suits you.
To help you and your team become confident Magicline users, we've packed it with practical guides and videos.
Each topic is clearly explained using text, visuals, and real examples. Everything is neatly organized by work area and subject, so you can find what you need quickly.
Your account
To access the Academy, you need to create an account using the registration form.
Signing up and using the Academy is completely free.
Once registered, all available courses will appear in the Trainings tab under the Training Catalogue. Your learning progress is saved automatically, allowing you to continue your training at any time from where you left off.
How to get an account
Go to the Academy registration page.
Click Start your free training.
Enter the passcode SPA.

Complete the registration form by providing:
First name
Last name
Username
Password
Your account will be created automatically.
The course
Every course in the academy is made up of short, focused lessons you can complete at your pace.
Want to skip ahead or revisit a previous topic? No problem!
Once you've finished a lesson, your progress will show 100%—but you can always go back to review the content anytime you like.
What to do if your language is not displayed (German & English)
Note: Your access permissions are already correct, so you can go ahead and try the steps below.
Quick Check
Open the Training Catalogue section in your Academy view.
Refresh your browser (ideally with Ctrl + R or Cmd + R).
After refreshing, both language versions (German & English) should be visible.
Step-by-Step Guide
Check access
Go to your dashboard and select the Trainings -> Training Catalogue tab. If one path is missing, it is not related to your account or permissions—those are correctly configured.
Refresh your browser
Often, a simple page refresh resolves the issue and makes the missing courses visible. Reload the page and check if both language versions appear.
What happens next
If both language versions appear: Great, everything is working as intended.
If you still see only one language after refreshing, please contact support and mention that your account permissions are correct, but one learning path is not visible.
