Set up a configuration for your Magicline Training World

1. Training world / Administration / Training configuration

5. Open the new configuration and customize the available settings
6. Click on the three-dot menu of the configuration and click on Activate configuration

With the training configuration, you can make various settings for your Magicline training world to customize it and adapt it to your needs.

Creating a new training configuration

If you do not want to adopt the preset configuration, you can create a new one for yourself. To do this, go to Training world / Administration / Training configuration and click on the top right on New Create training configuration.

Then select the locations where the configuration should be available for activation (optional). Then enter a name for the new configuration.

Setting a standardized break time

Then click on the created configuration to open it. In the area Training in Magicline & MySports you can make various settings within your training configuration. One of them is the preset break time, which is displayed between sets of various exercises in the training plan (individual member plans, catalog plans, and training plan templates) in the training plan builder. The original standard break time is 60 seconds. Click on the three-dot menu and choose Edit training settings to change this. Now you can enter the desired break time. Then click on Save to apply the settings.

Setting up reactivation of training plans by your members

In addition to the break time, in the area Training in Magicline & MySports you can also decide whether your members are allowed to independently restart individual training plans after they expire or are completed in the app.

If you set the option to Active, reactivation by your members is allowed. They can thus restart the training plan via the button Activate training plan again.

If you set it to Inactive, your members are not allowed to restart training plans independently. The button for reactivation will then be hidden in your members' app. Click on Save to store your settings in the configuration.

Setting a preset image for training plans

As you have probably already seen, an image is preset for all training plans you create in your Magicline training world. If you want to set an individual image for all your training plans (individual member plans, catalog plans, and training plan templates), click on the three-dot menu in the field Preset training plan image. There you can remove the existing image via the minus symbol and upload an image of your choice.

Even after changing the standard image, you can always decide which image to use for each training plan during creation.

Activating or deactivating five Mobility exercises

In the training configuration, you can also decide whether you want to show or hide FIVE Mobility exercises in your exercise database.

To do this, go to Training world / Administration / Training configuration / Training in Magicline & MySports and click on the three-dot menu on the right.

Click on Edit training settings and check the box if the exercises should be displayed in your database. Leave the field blank if the exercises should not be displayed. Click on Save to apply your settings.

Activating a training configuration

Once the configuration is created, you can activate it via the three-dot menu on the right in the row. Click on Activate configuration. The associated settings will now be applied to your Magicline training world.

Please note: An active training configuration cannot be deactivated or deleted. You can always edit the active one or create a new one. If it is inactive, you can delete it as usual or activate it instead of the previous one.
