How do I create a documentation element?
To create a documentation element, go to Settings / Services / Documentation elements and click on "Create documentation element".
When creating the element, enter a name, set the locations and specify whether the element should be numeric (for numbers) or a text field (for free text). The saved element is then displayed in the overview and can be edited or deleted again.
How do I create a documentation configuration?
To create a documentation configuration, go to Settings / Services / Documentation configuration and click on "Create documentation configuration". When you create it, you assign a name, specify the locations and decide whether certain documentation elements should be mandatory or voluntary.
The saved configuration is then displayed in the overview and can be edited or deleted later.
How do I add the documentation configuration to services?
You can add a documentation configuration to a service when you create a new service or edit an existing service.
How do I fill in the documentation?
IMPORTANT! You can create documentation only for a past appointment or an appointment that is currently running. In addition, the documentation for the service is only stored on the selected appointment.
In order to save the necessary information on the appointment, go to a past appointment with the corresponding service that has a documentation configuration.
In our example "EMS-Basic". Click on the corresponding appointment and within the tabs in the Quickview on the arrow, so that you see Resources / Documentation / History.
There you can enter the values. Fields that are considered mandatory will be marked accordingly and a warning will appear if the fields are not filled in. As soon as you are satisfied with the data you have entered, you can save the data by clicking on "Save schedule documentation".
