Event-based scheduling for member care system
From now on, you can support your members in an even more targeted manner. To do this, we have added a function to the customer care system that allows you to define specific customer care milestones based on events. Events can be, for example, studio check-ins or completed training units from the training plan. Especially at the beginning of a membership, it can make sense to provide intensive support to the new member, e.g. to adjust training plans. Use the event-based schedule in combination with an alternative timestamp. For example, you can schedule the next event after four check-ins, but no later than two weeks. This event will then be scheduled automatically at a given time. This way you give your member a good feeling and at the same time strengthen customer loyalty and satisfaction.
To use this option, please go to Settings/Member Care System/Flows in your Magicline. Simply open the desired milestone and click on edit in the three-dot menu of the "Schedule" tile. Then select the "Event" option.

Detailed payment run export
From now on, Magicline offers a more detailed export for payment runs, listing the contracts, amounts and associated tax amounts for each member. This makes the export file much clearer. The export can be executed in the Magicline under Finance/Payment Runs via the three-point menu in the detailed view of the respective payment run.
