Integration of supersets and circuit training in training plans
To offer trainers more flexibility in creating training plans, we have expanded the functionalities of the training plan builder. Trainers can now combine multiple exercises so that they can be completed by the member within a superset or in the form of circuit training.
Display of workout progress in the history in MySports
In the history of each exercise already trained in the app, members can now see their training progress in a progress chart. The following values can be displayed there, depending on the parameters of the respective exercise over the various training sessions:
- Training volume in kilograms
- Total number of repetitions
- Training duration in minutes
- Distance in kilometers
- Average speed in kilometers per hour
Creating shift schedules in a week view
To make the shift planning process easier and clearer, Magicline now offers a functionality to add shift plan templates in a week view. The desired shift plan template can be conveniently dragged and dropped into the calendar week and is then added there.
Booking of future appointments without contingent
For contracts with automatic renewal, your members can now book appointments after the end of their contract period. This is useful, for example, for 4-week contracts with automatic renewal. To activate this option, go to Settings/Services/Services in your Magicline and select the desired service. Then click on "Edit inclusive contingent" in the three-dot menu of the first tile of the desired rate and check "Allow future bookings without contingent".
No-show penalties for appointments or class
Magicline now offers an option to impose penalties for members who have not shown up for a registered appointment or class without reason. Thereby, the no-show rate can be reduced and the blocking of class spots can be prevented. The conditions and the type of penalty can be configured individually in the Magicline under Settings/Services/No show configuration. Members can be blocked from further bookings via MySports.
Contract upgrade via MySports
From now on, you can give your members the possibility to do contract upgrades on their own via MySports. You can configure the rules for contract upgrades in your Magicline under Settings/Contracting/Contract upgrades. You can also offer your members special conditions here to make a contract upgrade attractive. If you want to inform your members about the upgrade options, you can configure a promotion banner that will be displayed to your members on the home page of the MySports App.
MySports: Document with check-in history
From now on, the MySports self-service offers an overview of all check-in activities of a member within the last 365 days. The check-in history can be downloaded as a pdf document and then submitted to the health insurance company, for example. To activate this option, go to MySports/Self-Service in your Magicline and click on "Edit check-in history" in the three-dot menu of the "Other data" tile.
Change contract while keeping the remaining term of the old contract
In the contract changing process, there is now an option to adopt the remaining term of the active contract as the initial term of the new contract. This allows the old contract to be "continued" in the event of a contract change without having to give the member a new initial term.
