How to assign an aggregator to a service or a class

Quick Guide

1. Open the service under Settings / Services or the class under Classes / Administration / Classes.
2. In the Administration area, click Add included contingent.
3. Under Applies to, select Aggregators and choose the aggregator.
4. Click Save.

Prerequisites

Assign an aggregator to a service

1. Go to Settings / Services and click the service.
2. In the Administration area, open the tile Included contingent for members. Click the three-dot menu and select Add included contingent.
3. Enter the conditions of the contingent.
4. Under Applies to, select Aggregators. Then choose the aggregator the service should be available for.
5. Click Save.

Assign an aggregator to a class

1. Go to Classes / Administration / Classes and click the class.
2. In the Administration area, open the tile Included contingent for members. Click the three-dot menu and select Add included contingent.
3. Enter the conditions of the contingent.
4. Under Applies to, select Aggregators. Then choose the aggregator the class should be available for.
5. Click Save.

Limit aggregator bookings in classes

You can define how many places in a class appointment are available to the members of each aggregator. First activate the limit for your studio:

1. Go to Classes / Administration / Settings.
2. In the Further data card, click the three-dot menu and select Edit further data.
3. Select Activate aggregator bookings.
4. Under Add aggregator for classes, choose the aggregators you want to limit.
5. Click Save.

The card then shows Limit aggregator bookings and the Active Aggregators.

For a class appointment, you set the distribution with Edit aggregator participants. The participants per aggregator must add up to the maximum number of participants. Otherwise the software shows the message Added values per aggregator needs to match max participant value.
