In this article, you will learn how to assign recurring services to profiles of aggregator partners without changing their customer status from "Prospect". This allows you to assign services, flat rates, or modules to these profiles without them having to book a traditional contract.

Advantages of assigning services
With this feature, you can automatically assign certain services to profiles created via an aggregator partner. The key advantage is that these profiles retain their status as "Prospect" and thus do not distort your member statistics or lead to exceeding your booked member limits. You can bundle all relevant services, flat rates, or additional modules for these profiles, and the assignment is fully automatic for new and existing profiles.
Requirement: A "Free Tariff" as service carrier
To inform the system about which services the aggregator profiles should receive, you must bundle these in a special tariff. This tariff serves as a technical carrier for the services.
This tariff must be configured as a "Free Tariff". The system checks during the assignment whether the tariff has a "FREE" payment frequency. Only such tariffs can be selected. In this tariff, you can then store all desired services (services, flat fees, etc.).
Setup: Assign services via a tariff
You can find the setting directly in the detail view of the respective partner integration. There is a widget for "Tariff assignment". Here you select the previously created "Free Tariff" that contains the desired services.
What happens after the assignment?
As soon as you have assigned the tariff, the following occurs:
- For all existing profiles of this aggregator, a contract with this tariff (and the services contained therein) is automatically created.
- All new profiles created via this partner also automatically receive this tariff upon creation.
By default, no tariff is assigned when setting up an aggregator partner.
Deactivation of an aggregator partner
If you deactivate the integration of an aggregator partner, the assigned services and contracts are automatically cleaned up:
- The contracts based on the assigned aggregator tariff are terminated for the existing profiles.
- The aggregator ID is removed from the profiles.
- The profiles automatically revert to the status "Prospect".
These profiles remain in your system as normal prospect profiles.
