1. Validation of your data
First, we carefully check all the information you have provided. This ensures that everything is correct and complete and meets the requirements of Apple and Google.
2. Receiving your DNS records
Once the preparations are complete, you will receive DNS records from us that you need to add to your website provider. You can find detailed instructions here.
3. Automatic check of the DNS records
Once you have set the records, we will automatically check whether everything has been configured correctly.
4. Publication of your Branded Website
If everything is correct, your Branded Website will go live automatically. The status will update on your overview page and you will find the link to your Branded Website directly there.
5. Development of your Branded App
Using the information from your configuration, we will start developing your individual Branded App. This process may take some time.
6. Receiving your test links
Once your test app is ready, we will send you links for review. From that point, your Branded App will go live approximately four weeks after the test links are handed over, depending on the release schedule.
7. Publication of the Branded App in the stores
We will publish your app in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and will inform you of the release date in advance. Please do not carry out this step yourself.
