Customization of the MySports Self-Service

You can customize the Self-Service and Studio tab within the Member Platform or branded app to meet the needs of your studio and members. Among other things, you can determine which functions and quick actions should be available in your self-service area, as well as change their order and design.

Create customization

To configure a new customization, go to MySports / Customization in your Magicline and click on"Create customization" in the upper right corner.

Then choose a name for the configuration and click"Save".

Then click on the configuration to get to the detail view.

Dashboard

Here you can configure custom dashboard links. For more information, please read our article regarding dashboard links.

Self-Service

In the "Self-Service" tab, you can configure which elements and functions should be displayed in the self-service area of your app and how. You can choose whether the respective element should be displayed as a card or as a list items.

Card items

To add a new card element, click on "Add card item" in the corresponding tile, then select the corresponding functionality. For the card style, you can choose between four different looks: Classic, Highlight color 1, Highlight color 2, and Background image. If you select the"Background image" option, you can also upload your own image for the card background.

You can then drag and drop the elements to change the order in which they are displayed.

Note: If you select an item here that was previously saved as a list element, it will become a card element when you change it.

List items

To add a new list element click on"Add list item" in the corresponding tile and select the desired element. Using drag-and-drop you can then change the order in which the items are displayed.

In the Member Platform app, the card and list items will then be displayed as follows. Contract data, member account, freeze period, and member data are card items here, and payment information, invoices, and vaccination certificate are list items:

If enabled for your account, "Check-in history" is also available as a self-service item and can be added as a card or list item in the same way. For setup steps, see Setup the Check in History in MySports Self Service.

Studio tab

Here you can personalize the studio tab in your app. The items in the Studio tab are also displayed as cards. In the three-dots menu of each item, you can customize the design of each card, choosing between the same four looks described above (Classic, Highlight color 1, Highlight color 2, or Background image). If you select"Background image", you can set your own background image for the card here. You can then change the order in which the elements are displayed using drag-and-drop.
