General
With the communication center, you can easily contact your members by letter, email or text message using templates. There is a notification system for the automated sending of messages for recurring daily processes.
Function of the notification rules
The basis for the system is the notification rules. These link a specific event (e.g. online membership signing) with a communication channel (e.g. email) and a suitable template (e.g. new member). Your Magicline automatically detects when a defined event occurs and generates a message for the member using the selected template.
Management of notification rules
In the communication center under Notifications/Notification Rules you will find a predefined list of all available events. You have the option of activating and deactivating existing rules. You can adjust the dispatch type, the communication channel and the respective template at any time.
The rules are also linked to the sales tool. To update how a new membership contract should be sent from the sales tool, you can adjust the notification rule "New member", "New member with legal representative" and "SEPA mandate".
Creation of notification rules
To create a new notification rule, click on "Add notification rule" and fill in the requested fields.

How and when are the messages dispatched to the member?
Each notification rule supports one of two dispatch options. The semi-automatic option ("Confirmation before dispatch") displays a notification asking you to confirm the dispatch when an event that has a notification rule tied to it has been triggered. For example, when you create a new appointment for a member, you receive a notification saying "Would you like to inform the members directly by email?". Once confirmed, each participant of the appointment receives a suitable email instantly according to the attached notification rule template.
The second option is fully automatized and sends notifications without asking for confirmation. This option is available for birthdays, for example. On the day of the birthday (more precisely for letters on the day before), a birthday letter is automatically generated on the basis of the template and sent directly to the member - completely without user action.
Creation of studio configuration
The "studio configuration" option allows you to ensure a uniform communication when managing multiple facilities, for example. You can also use this tool to create templates that can be used and shared with multiple studios.
