1. Open the Marketplace, select EGYM Wellpass and start the activation.
2. Sign the contract addendum you receive from EGYM Wellpass.

Prerequisites

• Your package has a free place for a partner integration. The EGYM Wellpass integration counts towards your partner-integration capacity. If you need more places, see How to increase, cancel, and manage the number of your partner integrations.
• The integration is available in your country. If it isn't, the Marketplace shows a notice and the integration can't be activated.

How to activate the integration

1. Open the Marketplace in the main navigation.
2. Select EGYM Wellpass and start the activation. EGYM Wellpass receives your request.
3. EGYM Wellpass sends you a contract addendum to sign digitally.
4. EGYM Wellpass then sets up the technical requirements and confirms by email that the integration is ready.

How to test the integration

Before you register your first real member, test the integration with the test TAN you receive from EGYM Wellpass:

1. In Check-in, click Add aggregator member.
2. Under Aggregator, select EGYM Wellpass.
3. Enter the test TAN under Verification ID and click Verify.

If the message Aggregator ID verified successfully appears, the integration works.

How to register EGYM Wellpass members

You register each EGYM Wellpass member once, on their first visit:

1. In Check-in, click Add aggregator member.
2. Under Aggregator, select EGYM Wellpass.
3. Enter the TAN the member shows you in the EGYM Wellpass app under Verification ID and click Verify.
4. After the successful verification, complete the member's data.
5. Assign an Access card or another access medium you use in your studio and click Save.

From then on, the member checks in with the assigned access medium.
