Evaluate the competence levels of an employee
To rate the competence levels of an employee, go to Resources / Employees in the software. Now select the desired employee from the list to edit. Then click Edit competence in the three-dot menu of the first tile.
You can now assign a competency level to the employee's competencies on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 is the lowest and 5 is the highest. If you don't select a competence level, the middle level 3 will be assigned automatically.
You can also add a new competence by clicking Add competence & skill level below.
Note: The competences you can select here must be configured in the settings beforehand. You can find more information about this in this article.
Assign employees based on their skill level
If you want to assign an employee to an appointment or course, the most suitable employee for the respective appointment will be preselected based on the competence levels and the availability. Employees who have the required competencies at level 4 or 5 are displayed in green, employees with level 2 or 3 in yellow and the rest in orange.
