- Resources / Employees / Roles
- Select a role, open the Analytics permission category, enable the reports you want to grant, then save.
Overview
To view Analytics reports, an employee's role needs the matching permission for each report area. Permissions for Analytics reports are managed under Resources / Employees / Roles, in the Analytics category of a role's permission list.
Each report area listed below has its own, separate permission. Enabling one of them does not grant access to the others, so enable only the reports a role actually needs.
Available Analytics permissions
| Permission | What it grants |
|---|---|
| Display company key figures | View to the studio's overall key figures (KPIs). |
| Display key figures for leads | View to key figures for leads. |
| Display member analytics | View to the analytics in the Analytics > Members section. |
| Show & export static member lists | View and export of static member lists. |
| Display financial analytics | View to analytics for contracts, finance and sales. |
| Manage retention hub | Manage the member retention hub table and filters. |
| Member retention automation | Create and configure automatic emails for the member retention hub. |
| Manage retention hub data dashboard | Manage the retention hub table and filters, and view the data dashboard with the retention KPIs. |

- Go to Resources / Employees / Roles.
- Select the role you want to edit, or create a new one.
- Open the Analytics permission category.
- Enable the checkbox for each report area you want to grant, for example Display company key figures, Display financial analytics, or Display member analytics.
