SEPA direct debit as payment method for Magicline Payments
Our digital payment service Magicline Payments now supports the SEPA Direct Debit payment method for recurring payments. SEPA Direct Debit is now possible with Magicline Payments in Portugal, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Slovakia, Germany, Finland, and France.
Notification for course start
There is now an option to remind studio members of upcoming course dates via email, with the aim of reducing the “no-show rate”. The course reminder can be configured in the Magicline in the course settings, in the course schedule or in the calendar quick view of the respective course.
Member care system
The Member Care System allows improving the onboarding of new members and standardize the overall member care experience. The care system includes a sequence of planned interactions between the studio member and the studio staff, ensuring they happen at the right time and are not missed out. It serves as a guide for staff on how to interact with members, with simple and clear instructions. The configuration can be found in Magicline under Settings/Member care.
Note: The member care system can now be tested for free as a trial for a limited time.
Undo deletion of exercises and training sets
If a member accidentally deletes an exercise or set from his/her training plan in the MySports app, he/she now has the option to undo this easily and quickly.
Allow editing and deleting of training plan drafts
Drafts of all kinds of training plans (catalog plans, templates, individual member plans) can now be easily and specifically edited or deleted if they are no longer needed. They will then no longer be displayed in the respective list, which allows the studios to keep it clean.
