How to book an appointment or a trial training from your calendar
Book an appointment
If you need to manually book an appointment for a member, go to the Appointments menu. Then click on the "+" button at the top and then on Create appointment.
A window will open. Enter the required information:
Service: enter the service your client wants to perform here.
Member: Enter the name of your client here.
Important: These two fields are important as they allow the software to:
Associate your customer's account with a service quota. This means that the quota will be deducted, or you will receive an alert if your client has no quota left.
Automatically reserve the resources assigned to your service (devices, coaches, etc.).
You can then use the dates under "From" and "To" to choose the date requested by your client. Alternatively, you can see the list of available slots in the table at the bottom of the window and select a slot here directly.
Finally, you can enter a repeat if your customer wants to book several slots. To do so, use the fields under Repeat.
Save.
Book a trial training
From Appointments, click on the "+" button and then on Create trial training.
Enter all the information about your prospect.
You can then select the slot under Start time or via the grey table at the bottom of the window Alternative dates.
The resources are automatically added.
Finally, click on Create trial training.
Cancel an appointment
If you need to cancel a member's appointment, go to Appointments and click on the appointment to be cancelled.
A pop-up window will open on the right. Here you can click on Cancel appointment at the bottom of the window.
If you have put cancellation settings in your service, the software will ask you to confirm your cancellation choice.
So if your customer has no time limit to cancel their appointment, the software will simply ask you to confirm the cancellation and offer to send a notification to your customer via the Member Platform:
If you have set a time limit for cancelling an appointment and the slot is exceeded, normally resulting in the loss of quota for your client, the software still allows you to not count the quota. All you have to do is tick the box. If you wish to deduct the quota from your client, uncheck the box:
