Prerequisites
- Your package has a free place for a partner integration. The EGYM integration counts towards your partner-integration capacity. If you need more places, see How to increase, cancel, and manage the number of your partner integrations.
- The integration is available in your country. If it isn't, the Marketplace shows a notice and the integration can't be activated.
What the integration connects
- Member master data, contract data and membership data are synchronised with EGYM.
- Members can log in to EGYM equipment with their access medium, and check-ins are passed on to EGYM.
- Access to the EGYM Branded Member App can be restricted depending on the membership ("verified login").
The integration is not the same as EGYM Wellpass. EGYM Wellpass is a separate aggregator integration, see How to activate the EGYM Wellpass integration.
How to activate the integration
- Open the Marketplace in the main navigation.
- Select EGYM and start the activation.
- Sign the data processing agreement.
- EGYM contacts you to prepare your data and agree on a date for the go-live.
- EGYM activates the interface and tests it.
After the activation, EGYM appears under Settings / Integrations / Activated Integrations.
