Quick guide to viewing member information:
- Click on Members in the navigation bar at the bottom
- a) For checked-in members: Click on the profile picture of the respective member b) For non-checked-in members: Enter the name of the member in the search bar and click on the profile picture
On your members' overview page, you will receive all essential information at a glance. In addition to the data that is important for your care, you can also view personal data and contracts, or access all stored documents or messages. Many of the processes, such as creating a training plan, can also be carried out directly via the Magicline App.
Overview of checked-in and checked-out members
When you open the Members area in the navigation bar below, you will get an overview of all currently checked-in and already checked-out members. Next to the profile picture, you will see their name, duration of presence, status, and membership number.
Checking in or out members
You can find not yet checked-in members via the search bar. Enter their name, click on their profile picture, and then click on check-in at the top right.
When you open the profile of a member who is already checked in, you can also easily check them out at the top right.
Information in the member overview
- In addition, this overview page provides all the necessary information for your care:
- Studio visits: Visits in the current and last month
- Loyalty program: If configured, available in the Ultimate package
- Account balance: Consumption credit and outstanding demands
- Tasks: Display, create, and complete member-related tasks
- Appointments: View and add courses and trainer appointments, for example
- Check-up: View or add body data
- Anamnesis: View results or conduct new anamneses
- Training plans: Create new plans or view and edit existing ones
- Notes: Important additional information about this member
Detailed information of your member
In addition to the above information, further details can be viewed. To do this, click on Details at the top right.
The following information can be found on the detail page:
- Profile:
- Personal data: Name, date of birth, gender, and customer number
- Contact data: Address, email address, phone number
- Contracts: Active and inactive contracts
- Documents: Contracts, training plans, or anamneses in PDF format with export function
- History: All information about profile and contract creation or editing
- Messages: All communication from your studio to the member
