Quick guide to creating prospects:
- Click on Sales in the navigation bar at the bottom
- Click on New Prospect on the right
- Fill out all necessary fields
- Click on Save New Prospect
The Magicline App allows not only for new contracts to be concluded and members to be created, but also for potential new customers to be captured.
Creating a prospect
When you open the Sales section in the navigation bar at the bottom, you can choose between a new contract conclusion and the creation of a prospect. Click on New Prospect on the right to start the process.
Then you can capture all the data of the prospect. This data can later be viewed and modified in the prospect's profile.
In addition to recording personal information and contact details, you can also easily add a photo. To do this, click on the pencil icon next to the member's photo on the right to directly open the camera on your tablet.
Click on Save New Prospect to complete the process. The prospect will then also be displayed when using the search bar and can be checked in or out.
Tracking a prospect as a lead
If you want further measures to be taken after entering your prospect to make them a member and conclude a contract, check the box at the end of the data entry. This way, you can make the prospect part of an existing campaign or assign them to a staff member.
Additionally, you can leave further notes to document all important information for the studio team.
