In this article, you will learn: How to carry out payout runs.
Quick guide to using the functionality:
- Finance / Payout Runs
- Click on Create Payout Run.
- Set dates and Payout Service and create the preview.
- Transfer the data to the bank.
Payout List
Payouts made in the customer's account using the payment method Payout Run/Batch Transfer must be collected and transferred to the bank via the balancing run. To do this, go to Finance / Payout Runs. The payout list shows all payouts that have not yet been processed. The other area lists the previous payout runs.
Prepare Payout Run
Click on Create Payout Run at the top right. In the following dialog, set the date values for the execution date and the date up to which created payouts should be considered. You can carry out the payout runs for multiple clubs. By default, the current location is set.
Note: For the payout method MemberCash, only one club can be selected at a time. Selecting multiple locations will result in an error message!
Select the payout service, e.g., SEPA (XML) or BankConnect, and group the payout run files if necessary. Below, you will see a short summary of the number and amount of the preview. If this is plausible, click on Create Preview to finish.
Transfer to Bank
Open the payout run. Its status is open. Here, the different statuses with their respective options are listed.
First, check the displayed data, and then click on Prepare Payout Run in the Open section. Depending on the configuration of the bank connection, you will see various options.
Important: Only in the open status is it possible to cancel the payout run or make changes (e.g., change the payment method). Once the payout run has been handed over, no changes can be made.
For the SEPA (XML) type, you can download the SEPA-XML at the top right and send it to the bank. If this is successful, click on the Mark as "Transferred to Bank" option. If the booking at the bank is successful, mark the payouts as booked.
For the BankConnect payment method, the option Transfer to Bank is available. A login window for your bank may appear if necessary.
