Invoicing for Corporate Fitness

Enables the creation of company fitness cooperations in which part of the membership fee is paid by the company and this fee can be invoiced.

Certification of Magicline according to IDW PS 880

In March, we will complete the certification of the Magicline accounting system according to the German IDW PS 880 standard.

At Magicline, we always strive to improve our platform for you and ensure that it meets your requirements. An important step in this process was the recent external review of our accounting functions. This might sound a bit dry, but it brings real value to all of us.

Especially in the context of the annual audit and accounting closures, you can be sure that your membership management system meets the standards. This allows you to focus on what is most important to you: Your ym and your members.

Separate Terms and Conditions for Modules

Additional modules can now be designed with separate consents and contractually relevant texts.
The information is displayed on all booking interfaces (App, Touchpoint, ML App, contract document).

Direct Debit for Swiss Studios

Our customers in Switzerland can now perform direct debits in Swiss Francs via Magicline. The two systems available for direct debit are LSV+ for debits from accounts at private banks and CH-DD for debits from Postfinance accounts. The prerequisite for using direct debits is activated accounts at a private bank or Postfinance for the respective system.

With the activation of direct debits in Switzerland, corresponding payment authorizations have also been implemented, considering the specific features of both systems (LSV+ and CHDD). Magicline automatically creates the correct payment authorization depending on the member's bank account.

Setting Communication Preferences in the App

With this feature, we enable app users to set their preferred communication settings themselves within the app. The options can be found in the self-service area of the respective gym.

Appointments without Trainers

For better clarity, you will soon have the option to add a new column in the personnel view, which shows you appointments or courses without an added trainer. This will allow you to assign them even faster in the future.

Multiple Selection of Courses and Appointments for Packages

With multiple selection, you can soon add one or more courses or appointments to a package at the same time, saving you unnecessary clicks.

Public Name for Employees

We want to give you the option to store public names for your employees. These public names are used in applications like MySports instead of the internal employee names.

Corporate Role for Employees

For better management of your employees, we have added a corporate role for employees.

Individual Break Times During Training in the App

App users can now adjust the break time during training. It can be spontaneously extended or shortened or also permanently changed. 

Download Manager

To improve and make asynchronous downloads more transparent, we have created a Download Manager.
