- Navigate to Check In.
- Click on the three-dot-menu on the right upper corner. Choose Forgotten Card / Create replacement card.
- Search for the member.
- Choose between Forgotten card or Create replacement card.
Forgotten card
The Forgotten Card function counts how often a member has forgotten their card. The studio can then manually check in the member without issuing a new card. This is particularly useful if the member does not permanently lose their actual membership card, but only occasionally forgets it.
Create replacement card
The Create replacement card function, on the other hand, really creates a new card and assigns it to the member. If configured accordingly, a fee might be automatically charged. This function is useful when a member card is permanently lost or damaged and needs to be replaced. The lost or damaged member card will be deleted automatically from the member file.
