In the employee's profile, navigate to the Access Data section. Here you will find a row named Facilities. Click on the three-dot menu. Click on Edit facility access to assign a location access to the employee. Select the locations to which the employee should have access. Ensure that the employee's role is available at all selected locations.
Check Permissions
Ensure that the employee's role includes the necessary permissions for all relevant locations. You can also check and adjust this in the Resources / Employees / Roles. Then save the changes.
Instructions for Employees
If employees continue to have issues accessing different locations, check the permissions and location access again. Provide employees with instructions or screenshots on how to switch between locations in the system. This helps them to effectively use the new access rights.
