Detailed Instructions
Step 1: Send Request
To change or reset the admin password, please send a written request to info@magicline.de. Make sure your request includes the following details:
- Studio Name
- Account/Customer Number
- Owner's Name
- Username
- Recipient email address for the new password
- Signature of authorized personnel
Step 2: Receive New Password
Once we receive your request, we will generate a new password and send it to the specified email address. This process may take some time, so please be patient.
Step 3: Change Password
After you receive the new password, log in to your admin account with it. For security reasons, we recommend changing the password immediately. To do this, go to the account settings and select the option to change the password.
