Select employee
Search for the relevant employee in the list and select them. This change applies only to this user and does not affect other users or the global system settings.
Edit login credentials
The language setting is linked to the employee’s login credentials. In the Login Credentials section, you can edit the user's existing details.
Set language
In edit mode for login credentials, you can select the display language for the user. This determines the language in which the system interface is displayed for them.
To apply the new language, save the changes.
Important notes on language change
- ✅ Applies only to the selected user – The language setting is applied only to this specific user. Other users retain their language settings.
- ❌ No impact on system configuration – The change only influences the interface language. Other settings such as tax rates, currency, or regional preferences remain unchanged.
- 🔄 Can be changed at any time – The language can be adjusted again if needed by repeating the same process.
Note: If the user does not see the new language immediately, logging out and back in or clearing the browser cache may help.
