- On the login screen, click Forgot password?
- Enter the username you log in with and the email address stored in the software, then click Request password.
- You will receive an email with a code within a few minutes (check your spam folder too).
- Use the code to set a new password, then log in with it.
Reset a forgotten password
If you have forgotten your admin password, you can reset it yourself from the login screen. You no longer need to send a written request by email.
- Open the login screen and click Forgot password?
- Enter your username (the one you use to log in) and the email address stored for your account in the software.
- Click Request password.
The software then sends an email with a code to change your password within the next few minutes. Please also check your spam folder.
Set your new password with the code
Open the email and use the code to set a new password. Once the password has been changed, you can log in with the newly created password.
If the code is not accepted, it may have expired or already been used. In that case, request a new code via the Forgot password? page again. Your new password must be different from your previous password.
Change your password while logged in
You can also change your password at any time while you are logged in, for example to keep your account secure after a reset.
Open the profile menu at the top right and select Change password, then enter:
- Current password
- New password
- Repeat new password
Confirm with Change password.
No email address or username?
If you do not know your username or the email address stored for your account, click No email / no username? on the Forgot password? page. If you do not know your username or email, please contact your studio manager, who can look up or update your access data. If you still cannot reset your password, contact support.
