Consumption credit bonus as a referral reward
Requested by many, now finally here: After a trial training or contract signing, referring or referred members can now secure consumption credits (bonus). A practical reward that benefits all parties.
Payment of consumption credits via reversible payment methods
After a long wait, we have expanded the top-up options for consumption credits. It is now possible to top up consumption credits via direct debit, card, or credit card payments.
Create home studio in the app
With the new feature, app users can change their primary studio in their profile. Besides courses and appointments, they can also see studio messages or the occupancy of the desired studio, for example.
Further innovations
Age verification during the purchase process via MySports for card contingents
Previously, no age verification was conducted when purchasing, for example, day tickets. This resulted in the door or turnstile not opening at the latest during check-in. A notification during the purchase process now indicates the missing minimum age and prohibits the purchase process.
New option in studio bulk editing for communication templates
Communication templates can now be transferred to a new location as part of bulk editing.
Download of sales receipts in the member account
Sales receipts from cash sales can now also be downloaded via the booking detail view in the member account. For this, the new button “Download sales receipt” is available for the corresponding bookings.
