Manual Contract Review
Keep control over new contract signings. The new manual contract review automatically creates tasks for your team to specifically check contracts after conclusion.
You set the rules: Define sources like online signings and conditions that trigger a task – for example, certain tariff codes or already existing open claims. A highlight is the check for similar profiles: the system also checks found profiles on request for critical features such as an access ban or open claims.
This gives your team an ideal basis to be informed and act specifically on suspicious contracts. We recommend considering the legal framework applicable to your studio when configuring.
Configurable Referral Links
Increase the success of your "Invite Friends" campaigns!
Until now, your members' referral link always led to a static destination. But from now on, you have full control!
Now set yourself where the link should lead: directly to booking a trial training, to your contract offers, or to any website via a custom URL. For perfect international alignment, you can even assign a different URL for each language.
Optimize the customer journey, increase your conversion, and turn more referrals into new members.
Configurable Online Cancellation
Ensure a smooth and legally compliant cancellation experience for your members.
The option for online cancellation, which was previously only available to studios in Germany, is now configurable for all countries. We have expanded the known cancellation reason configuration to a central cancellation configuration. Simply activate online cancellation there via a switch.
Your members can then cancel contracts online at any time via a cancellation button in MySports or via a public page. This offers maximum convenience while ensuring your studio meets all legal requirements. We recommend considering the legal framework applicable to your country when activating.
Assign Training Units to a Weekday
Trainers now have the option to assign training units within training plans to specific weekdays to give their members better orientation. The recommended training day will then be displayed in the app.
This also facilitates the creation of training plans where training units should be performed multiple times per week and simplifies the tracking of training data in the app.
Minor Adjustments
Some useful detailed improvements ensure even smoother work:
- Option to deactivate the check of CRC lockers (Feig reader)
- Information on the impact of rest periods on memberships
- Display of application areas of partner integrations before and after activation
- Approval of alternative document types to DNI/NIE in the sales tool for Spain
- Assign training units to a weekday via the Magicline app
New Features for the Open API
Our Open API has been extended by several practical functions:
- Customer documents retrievable via Open API (GET customers documents endpoint)
