What is the Manual Post Contract Review?
The Manual Contract Review applies after the legal finalization of a contract. Based on your rules, it automatically generates tasks for your team, so you can specifically review flagged contracts manually (quality assurance & risk minimization). You control which completed contracts trigger a task – e.g. depending on source, payment type, outstanding receivables, tariff codes, or similar profile matches.
How to start the feature
The feature is available as a widget “Manual Post Contract Review” in the contract completion settings. From there, you can create, edit, or deactivate configurations.
Create configuration (wizard)
When you click Create configuration, a short wizard starts:
- Step 1 – Basic settings: Select sources, optionally exclude tariff codes.
- Step 2 – Additional conditions: Enable individual criteria (at least one condition must apply if you enable conditions).
Logic note: Without activated additional conditions, a task will be created for all sources selected in Step 1. With activated conditions, at least one condition must additionally apply.
Basic settings
- Check contracts from the following sources: Define from which sources completed contracts will trigger a task.
- Ignore contracts with the following tariff code: Explicitly exclude desired tariff codes so that no task is created for them.
Additional conditions
Optionally enable when a task should be created in addition. Examples:
- Payment method is cash or bank transfer (on/off).
- Contract note present (on/off).
- Member has a permanent access block (on/off).
- Member has outstanding receivables (on/off).
- Member is in collection (on/off).
- Contract has the following tariff code (value).
- Member has other contracts with the following tariff code (list).
- Member has contracts with the following extraordinary termination reasons (list).
Check similar profile matches
Enable the group Similar profile matches if contracts should additionally be reviewed where the system finds similar member profiles (soft match). You can restrict the review to specific groups and set subconditions (e.g. only consider similar profiles with outstanding receivables or access blocks).
Logic note: Without activated subconditions, a task will be generated for all similar profile matches in the selected groups; with subconditions, at least one must apply.
Source overview (contract sources)
Typical selectable sources include:
- Member platform
- Landing Pages / Online checkout pages
- Touchpoint
- Open API & Connect API
- Administration (web client)
- Sales Tool
-

Understand & manage tasks
Once a completed contract meets your defined criteria, the software automatically creates a task for your team. In the task, you can see why it was triggered (e.g. source, condition) and document and complete the manual review.
Why this is great
- More control: You define which contracts receive special attention after completion.
- Focused teamwork: Tasks are only created if your criteria are met – saving time and focusing reviews.
- Better data matching: By using similar profile matches, you can include potential duplicates in the evaluation and take critical aspects (e.g. outstanding receivables, access blocks) into account.
