In this article, you will learn how to redeem vouchers for cooperation models (credit, discount, and contribution split) directly in the Sales Tool. We’ll show you the optional "Voucher-first" process and how the contribution split is displayed in the contract overview.

Fast lane (for the “Voucher-first” process)
- Start the Sales Tool and click on “Redeem voucher”.
- On the “Check voucher” page, enter the employee’s code.
- The system identifies the cooperation model and filters the available tariffs.
- Select one of the permitted tariffs.
- In the contract overview, you will see the applied conditions (e.g., the contribution split).
- Complete the contract as usual.
Optional: The “Voucher-first” sales process
You can redeem cooperation vouchers in two ways — either in the last step of the contract overview as usual, or via the optional “Voucher-first” process.
This “Voucher-first” process is ideal when a customer comes directly to your studio with a voucher code. This path supports all cooperation models (credit, discount, and the new contribution split).
Here’s how it works:
- Starting point: On the start page of the Sales Tool, click the “Redeem voucher” button.
- Voucher check: On the following “Check voucher” screen, enter the voucher code.
- Filtering: The system identifies the code (e.g., as a “Cooperation model voucher”). It automatically recognizes the associated company, the stored conditions, and filters the tariff selection.
- Display of filtered offers: You now see the standard tariff selection, but only the tariffs allowed within this cooperation model are displayed. Depending on the configuration, a discounted price (e.g., “from €10/month”) may be shown directly.
- Selection & overview: After selecting a tariff, you’ll be taken to the contract overview. Here, all voucher conditions (e.g., discounts or the contribution split) are displayed transparently.
- Completion: The rest of the contract process proceeds as usual in the Sales Tool.
Supported cooperation models
The Sales Tool supports three main cooperation models. These can be used either via the “Voucher-first” method described above or in the regular process (tariff selection first, voucher entry in the overview).
- Credit (Cooperation model / Credit): Already supported in the regular flow and now also works in the “Voucher-first” flow.
- Discount (Cooperation model / Discount): Also already supported in the regular flow and now available in the “Voucher-first” flow.
- NEW: Contribution split (Cooperation model / Contribution split): This model is newly supported. It works both in the regular flow (voucher entry in the overview) and in the new “Voucher-first” flow.
How the contribution split is displayed in the overview
When a voucher for a contribution split is applied, the system calculates all related rules and transparently displays the components of the contribution split in the contract overview. This applies to membership fees, modules, and flat rates.
The display includes the following elements:
-
Confirmation text: You will see a message confirming that the voucher was successfully applied. Example:
Voucher code "XXXX" successfully applied: Contribution split with "Corporate Partner AG": {External description}.- The placeholder
{External description}is optional. The text will only appear if the “External description” field was filled in during voucher configuration.
- The placeholder
- Detailed cost breakdown: For the contribution (as well as modules/flat rates), you’ll see a clear breakdown showing the original price (strikethrough), the “company share” (covered by the company), and the final “remaining amount” (paid by the member).
- Additional discounts: If the model includes an additional percentage or fixed discount, this is also displayed (e.g., “Additional discount 20% (€5.00)”).
- Duration info: If a discount or share is limited in time (e.g., “for the minimum term” or “for 12 months”), this will also be displayed.
