Fast lane
- Marketplace: Click on the banner "Upgrade now" > select a package > click "START NOW!".
- Magicline self-service: Open Self-service > go to your contract > book additional partner integrations.
- If you want fewer slots: cancel the package in Self-service (only possible if the requirements are met).
Requirements
To purchase, upgrade, or cancel a package, you need permission to manage the contract or license.
Option 1: Upgrade via the marketplace
If you reach your current integration limit, you will see a banner in the Marketplace indicating that you can unlock more integrations. This banner takes you directly to the upsell modal.
- Open the Marketplace.
- Click on the banner "Upgrade now".
- In the modal "Book more partner integrations now", select the appropriate package (e.g., 1, 2, 3 or 4 additional partner integrations).
- Click "START NOW!" on the desired package.
- Complete the checkout process.
Result: After successful completion, the additional slots are available to you and you can activate more partner integrations.
Note: Displayed prices and package details may vary depending on the contract.
Option 2: Upgrade via the self-service contract
You can also book additional partner integrations via Self-service—directly in your contract.
- Open Self-service - click on the avatar at the top right corner
- Click on My Magicline contract
- Under the Contract Details tab, click the three-dot menu on the right in the partner integrations row to book additional partner integrations.
- Select the option: you need more?
- Follow the checkout and confirm the purchase.
Result: After successful completion, the new number of slots is available to you.
Upgrade: If you need more slots
If you already have a package with additional partner integrations, you can switch to a larger package (upgrade).
- Start the purchase either via the Marketplace (banner "Upgrade now") or via the self-service contract.
- Select a larger package (more additional partner integrations).
- Complete the checkout process.
Result: The new package is active and your number of slots increases accordingly.
Important: Packages cannot be combined. If you book an upgrade, the new package replaces your previous package.
Cancel package via self-service
If you no longer need additional partner integrations, you can cancel the package in Self-service via your contract.
- Open Self-service.
- Open your contract.
- Select the option to manage or cancel the package with additional partner integrations.
- Check the displayed notes (e.g., whether your active integrations match the remaining number of slots).
- Confirm the cancellation as shown in Self-service.
Result: You will receive a confirmation with the end date of the package.
Important information about packages and number of slots
- Packages cannot be combined: You can only have one package for additional partner integrations active at a time. A new package replaces the previous one.
- Reducing the number of slots: A direct downgrade is not provided. If you want fewer slots, first cancel and then book the appropriate smaller package again.
- Cancellation only with appropriate requirements: Depending on contract conditions (e.g., minimum term) and current usage, cancellation may be restricted.
