In addition to day tickets, contracts or individual appointments, you can also sell vouchers to your members via the Member Platform.
Where can I find the vouchers?
In order to sell vouchers online, they have to be created in the Software first. It can be done in the same way as before, under Settings / Vouchers / Vouchers.
What do I have to pay attention to?
When adding a new value voucher, make sure to select the option "Online bookable" so that the value voucher is also available for sale on the Member Platform.
After you have created the voucher, you can round off its presentation with an appealing text and a suitable image.
Your vouchers are then visible on your Member Platform studio page and can be purchased by your members.
How can the voucher be assigned to customers?
If your members have purchased a voucher online, they will receive the voucher via email as a PDF attachment and can then use it in your studio. The voucher is redeemed as usual by entering it in the cash register.
