Fast lane
- Open Check-in.
- Search for a member using .
- Click on the member in the list to open the Quick View.
- Switch between Administration, Communication, and Activity in the Quick View.
Open Quick View in Check-in
In the Check-in view, you will see a list of all check-ins. Using the search name, member number, you can quickly find the right member.
Click on a member in the list. The Quick View opens as a side panel. At the top, you see the most important status badges (for example, Open or New customer) and below that the tabs Administration, Communication, and Activity.
Status badges in the check-in overview
In the Status column, badges are displayed. These badges help you to recognize important notes directly in the list. Depending on the member, the following badges, among others, may appear:
- Open: … € (open amount)
- Later: … € (amount for "pay later")
- Collection
- Dunning level …
- New customer
- Before renewal
- Rest period until …
- Inactive since …
- No card quota
- Rejected
- … tasks (number of open tasks)
- … note / … notes (number of notes)
- Member support – … (for example, "action required")
If not all badges are displayed, you will see a +…. This indicates that there are further status notes.
Contents of the Quick View
The Quick View is divided into three tabs:
1) Administration
- Account: Here you can see the account balance, consumption credit, and pay later. Using the buttons TO ACCOUNT and TO CASHIER, you can continue working directly.
- Finances: For example, payment method as well as collection stop and dunning stop (status such as activated or deactivated).
- Member codes: Overview of whether codes are available.
- Contracts: Current contract information.
- : Overview of whether additional modules are available.
- Additional information: Further fields/information stored for the member.
2) Communication
- Tasks: You can see if tasks are available and can create new tasks via ADD TASK.
- Notes: You can see if notes are available.

3) Activity
- Rest periods: Overview of whether rest periods are available.
Financial status badges and permissions
In the check-in overview and in the Quick View, financial notes can be displayed as badges or values (for example, Open or Collection). Which financial status badges you see may depend on your permissions.
