How can members pay by direct debit in the sales menu?
Once you select a member in the sales menu, they can pay by direct debit, but they must meet the following requirements:
The payment method in the member file must be set as direct debit.
The member must have a valid SEPA mandate and a valid bank account.
Once all desired items have been placed in the shopping cart and the member has been selected, you can click on "Sell now". Then the payment method "direct debit" appears. After the click, a pop-up will appear for confirmation, if everything is ok, you can click "Confirm payment".

After that, the receivables will appear in the member account and will be listed as open receivables, which will be collected and posted in the next direct debit.
