Create a trial offer configuration
In the section Settings / Services / Trial offer configuration all created trial offer configurations are listed. Use the toolbar to open the dialog for creating a new trial offer configuration. Each trial offer configuration is given a name and a color and can be activated for several studios. A configuration can be unlocked for online booking, so that your prospects or members can book themselves in independently via MySports Web.
As soon as you click on one of the configurations, you will see a detailed view of it. Here you can adjust the stored values and add classes or appointments.
Customize your trial offer configuration
In the settings of the Lead data you can adjust the behavior of the fields that should be queried during the booking. You can define fields as mandatory or optional, or hide them completely.
In the settings of the Further data you can adjust the behavior of the booking conditions. For example, you can set how often a member or prospect can book within a certain period, whether your offer is generally available for prospects and/or members, and whether your offer requires a booking confirmation. If you require a booking confirmation, the prospect or member has to confirm the booking again. If they do not do this within the set time period, they are automatically removed from the appointment.
Add classes or appointments to your trial offer configuration
Under the tab Configuration you can assign classes and appointments to your configuration. Assigned appointments and classes can later be booked accordingly via the trial offer contingent.
Appointments and classes can only be added individually to a trial offer configuration.
As soon as you have made all the necessary settings, your members or prospects can complete the booking via MySports Web, or your employees can book the prospects or members directly into appointments or classes via the software.
