How to save an individual training plan as a template or catalog plan

Quick guide to creating a template draft from an individual training plan:

1. Click on Members / Select Member / Training / Training Plans.

2. Click on Create training plan

4. Create training plan in training plan builder and click on save as draft training plan template

1. Click Members / Select Member / Training / Training Plans.

Save an individual training plan as a template

If an individual training plan you have created is interest to several members, you can save it as a training plan template. While creating a training plan for a member using the training plan builder, you will find the option Save as draft training plan template in the three-dot menu in the training plan details bar.

After clicking on this field, the dialog for creating a training plan template opens as usual. Now check the training plan details and change them for the template, if desired.

Now click on Save in the lower right corner. The training plan is now stored as a template in the draft status under Training World / Training plans / Training plan templates in your list. Please note that you still have to activate the created training plan template to be able to use it flexibly in your training world.

Save an individual training plan as a catalog training plan

You can also save an individual training plan as a draft for a catalog plan. To do so, open the respective training plan via the member profile. In the training plan construction kit, you will find the option Save as catalog plan draft in the three-point menu in addition to the function described above. After a click, the modal opens again to define the details for the catalog plan. As soon as the training plan has been created via Save as catalog plan draft, it is available under Training world / Training plans / Training plan catalog .

There you can now check and activate it so that it will then be visible to all members in your app.

Saving a training plan as a template or catalog plan afterwards

If you decide after creating an individual plan to save it as a template or catalog plan, this is also possible. To do this, open the plan that you want to save as a template or catalog plan via the respective member profile. Click on Edit training plan in the three-point menu to get to the training plan construction kit. Now you will find the respective functions there as described above.
