Open an individual member's training plan via Members / Select member / Training / Training plans, then click Create training plan (or open an existing plan) to enter the training plan builder.
In the training plan details bar, open the three-dot menu.
Select Save as training plan template draft to create a template, or Save as catalog plan draft to create a catalog plan.
Check the details in the dialog and click Save.
Save an individual training plan as a template
If an individual training plan you have created is relevant for several members, you can save it as a training plan template. Permission: Resources / Employees / Roles / Training / Configure training plan templates (set individually for each role). While editing an individual member's plan in the training plan builder, you will find the option Save as training plan template draft in the three-dot menu in the training plan details bar.
After clicking this option, the dialog for creating a training plan template opens. Check the training plan details and adjust them for the template if needed, then click Save in the lower right corner.
The training plan is now stored as a template in draft status under Training World / Training plans / Training plan templates. You still need to activate the created training plan template before it can be used flexibly in your training world.
Save an individual training plan as a catalog plan
You can also save an individual training plan as a draft for a catalog plan. Permission: Resources / Employees / Roles / Training / Manage training plan catalog (set individually for each role). To do so, open the respective training plan via the member profile. In the training plan builder, you will find the option Save as catalog plan draft in the three-dot menu, alongside the template option described above. After clicking it, the dialog opens again to define the details for the catalog plan.
Once the training plan has been created via Save as catalog plan draft, it is available in draft status under Training World / Training plans / Training plan catalog. There you can check it and activate it so that it becomes visible to all members in your app.
Save a training plan as a template or catalog plan afterwards
If you decide after creating an individual plan that you want to save it as a template or catalog plan, this is also possible. Open the plan you want to save via the respective member profile and click Edit training plan in the three-dot menu to get to the training plan builder. From there, the same three-dot menu offers the Save as training plan template draft and Save as catalog plan draft options described above.
