Prerequisites
Your role needs the permission Manage training goals (category Training).
Preset training goals
The Software provides three preset training goals. They are marked System in the list. You cannot edit or delete preset training goals, but you can deactivate them and activate them again.
Create a training goal
- Go to Training world / Training content / Training goals.
- Click Add training goal in the upper right corner.
- Enter a Name for the training goal and select a Color. If several content languages are enabled, you can enter the name for each language. If you manage several facilities, you can choose in the green bar for which facilities the training goal is available.
- Click Save.
The training goal is active immediately and appears in the list.
Edit, deactivate or delete a training goal
Open the three-dot menu of a training goal in the list. For training goals you created yourself, the following actions are available:
- Edit training goal: change the name or the color and click Save.
- Deactivate training goal: the training goal can no longer be selected when you create training plans. Use Activate training goal to make it available again.
- Delete training goal: removes the training goal permanently. This is only possible if the training goal is not used in a training plan or in an assessment. Otherwise the software shows that the training goal is still in use. In that case, deactivate it instead.
